1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
✅ The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
⚠️ Items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Return & Exchange Process

Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear pictures (if item is defective or wrong).

Our support team will review your request and guide you with the return address and process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

✅ Exchange: Replace with another product of equal or higher value.

✅ Store Credit: Use the refund amount for a future purchase.

✅ Cash Refund (if applicable):

Refunds are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Share photos/videos of the product for verification.

Once verified, we’ll arrange free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault from our side (wrong item, defect, damage) — Libas Link will cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, size, or color) — the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
