1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Time

We deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners such as TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, and Call Courier.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

  • A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s official website.

  • If you face any issue tracking your order, you can contact us directly at libaslink@gmail.com.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please make sure:

  • You provide accurate address and contact details.

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

If the order is refused or the customer is unavailable, future COD orders may require advance payment.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within Pakistan only.
However, we plan to introduce international delivery soon.
If you’re outside Pakistan and wish to place a bulk or export order, please contact us at libaslink@gmail.com.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In rare cases where your order is damaged or lost during delivery:

  • Please contact us immediately at libaslink@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).

  • We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it with the courier partner.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability


9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your parcel on time, unexpected situations (like weather, strikes, or courier delays) may affect delivery.
